Is this the time for maintenance operations on your SATURNevo pump? Follow these simple steps

STEP 1: disassembling the pump

• Unscrew the fasteners between the motor and the motor flange to unlock it

• Take off the shaft sleeve

• Remove the bearing housing from the motor

STEP 2: bearing housing maintenance

• Unfix the grease pipe and remove the counter plate

STEP 3: reassembling the pump body

• Remove the bearings and clean the grease

• For a correct maintenance of the bearings, please check the conditions of elastomeric components

• If the radial seal ring or the O-ring are damaged, proceed with their substitution

• Fix back the bearings into position and screw the counter plate

• Place the grease pipe into position

• Assemble the rear flange with the motor

• Fix the fastens to secure the bracket group to the motor

WARNING! Grease injection operation: make sure that the exhausting side is open during the greasing phase to avoid pressure and subsequent damage. Please, consult our user manual to determine the amount of grease to be injected.

• The bearing housing is assembled

• Now you can proceed to the assembling of the pump body
