​​STEP 1: assembling the bearings

• Assemble the bearings between the flexible coupling and add the Seeger

• Insert the newly assembled group into the bearing housing and add the second Seeger

STEP 2: Assembly of the steam sealing sings

• Add the O-ring to the counterface and fix it properly

STEP 3: Assembling the guide bushing

• Assemble the guide bushing to the cartridge seal, the O-ring to the guide unit and secure them with 4 safety pins 

• Secure correctly with locking ring

STEP 4: Assembling the shaft

• Assemble the ending coating with the O-ring and insert it on the shaft

• Insert the V-ring and ensure it is seated correctly

• Assemble the shaft with the bearings ensuring that the V-ring is correctly inserted

• Secure the shaft support with the locking screw

• Straighten the shaft (it must be between the two arrows)

• Add the coupling pins to the support

STEP 5: Motor assembly

• Insert the support protection ring and the flange

• Add the V-ring

STEP 6: Assembling the rotating bushing

• Assemble the ending casing with two O-rings

• Insert the ending casing on the shaft and add the key and the rotating bushing

STEP 7: Column and base assembly

• Add the base

• Add the rear casing

• Add the column

• Add the rear casing

• Add the lantern ring

STEP 8: Assembly of the impeller

• Add the O-ring to the impeller

• Fix the impeller on the shaft

• Add key, washer and screw

• Add O-ring

STEP 9: Flanges on the pump-motor

• Tip: screw on the support ring to weld the parts correctly

• Weld both parts

• Weld the column to the support's protection ring; repeat three times

• Repeat with column and lantern ring (lower part)

• Weld ring and column; repeat three times

• Position the rear casing at the bottom of the column

• Add the pump body

• Assemble the discharge pipe and screws and weld the parts

• Weld the ends of the discharge pipe

STEP 10: Assembly of the pump-motor

• Screw the motor fringe to the support

• Ensure that the flexible coupling (motor part) is correctly screwed in

WARNING: both parts must fit together when adding the motor to the pump

• Add the motor ensuring that the flexible couplings fit together

• Ensure that the screw holes fit correctly before moving on to the next step

• Lubricate the screws and insert them to secure the motor to the pump
