ELK TMA G1 | Assembling tutorial

Does your self-priming pump need maintenance? Follow these simple steps:
STEP 1
-
Make sure you have all the right parts and tools at hand​
-
Connection casing
-
Motor
-
Motor flange
-
Bracket
-
Magnetic drive assembly
-
Magnetic drive core and impeller
-
Duct casing
-
Rear volute casing
-
Guide bushing
-
Screw and spacer for magnetic assembly
-
O-rings and spacer for the casing
-
Lubricant and locking threadsealing
STEP 2
-
Insert guide bushing, flange and bracket on the motor shaft
-
Make sure the bracket is correctly aligned
-
Now screw the assembly on the motor
STEP 3
-
Insert the magnetic assembly into the bracket
-
Make sure that the assembly is correctly centred
-
Screw the group together
-
Test if the magnetic assembly rotates correctly
-
Add the spacer and the screw (greased with LOXEAL 55-03)
-
Fix the screw correctly
STEP 4
-
Insert the guide bushing in the casing before assembly
-
Assemble the duct casing and the impeller into the magnetic assembly
-
Make sure it is correctly aligned with the group
-
Add the O-ring and the rear volute casing
-
Add the O-ring on the rear volute casing
-
Add the connection casing
-
Fix the casings together with the bracket to complete your pump assembly
WARNING Fix the casings at the minimum, test the pump and let the impeller adjust for a few minutes before completely fix the casings
STEP 5

Test the pump and let it work for a few minutes
-
Gradually complete the screwing while the pump is running
-
The impeller will perfectly fit the casing without blocking
