KGK and EQUIPRO sump pumps and ROUTE mech-sealed pumps installed in an Italian pickling plant
06/07/2018While on the other part of the globe a new plant starts running with Argal pumps, Paolo visited an Italian client who ordered many of our KGK and EQUIPRO sump pumps and ROUTE mech-sealed centrifugal pumps for pickling plants in 2005. It is satisfying to see that our products are running perfectly for years despite the corrosive atmosphere.
Application
During the treatment phase, our pumps are operating for transferring cleaning solution (electrolyte solution made of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid) for treating patented steel wire meanwhile some other pumps are operating for moving the wastewater mixed with rust and strong acids.
Liquids
Every pump installed is made of Polypropylene reinforced with glass for offering a higher chemical resistance and mechanical strength while pumping corrosive acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid.
