13 thermoplastic sump pumps for wastewater treatment in Indonesia

13 vertical sump pumps have been ordered for the treatment of waste water in Indonesia!

The KGK series made of thermoplastic has been chosen for wastewater transfer operations. All of the 13 pumps are made of polypropylene reinforced with fiberglass to have a stronger mechanical strength as well as corrosion and wear resistance.

In the picture below one of the chosen pumps a G3-size KGK conceived for liquids with solids and slightly abrasive.

Application

13 vertical centrifugal Pumps in plastic will be installed as alimentation pumps in waste water treatment systems. These can be Reverse Osmosis (RO) or Ultrafiltration (UF), which are present in many markets like desalination, food industry, galvanic baths, chemical implants…

The pump transfer 81 m3/h of wastewater with specific gravity 1kg/dm3 at 40°C.
